You’ve Got Potential

YOU FLOW

Life is movement and movement is life. Life without movement is death.

You are energy in movement and in a continuous state of development. Like a river, you flow. And as an evolving human being, sometimes, you get stuck.

Getting stuck can be an opportunity that makes you grow, because you must find your flow again. Your flow can be likened to your life purpose, your reason for being. Your potential.

POTENTIAL

Do you ever remember as a kid being told you have potential? The first time I heard that word I was eight years old at a tennis lesson. The coach said I had potential. So I became a tennis player. I also heard it many times from teachers. But they usually said it about kids that were problematic. Smart, but problematic. As in: "She's got potential, but...".

So "potential" got kind of negative.

"Potential", according to Dictionary.com is "possible, as opposed to actual".

Something that is waiting to happen.

We all are potential and we all have potential.

Feet Reading looks at which potential we were born with. Potential in Foot Analysis is our inner purpose, our road and our strengths. It's the place of fulfillment, satisfaction and peace.

Your birth potential power can be clearly found in your feet. It is based on the four elements which occur in Nature: Earth, Water, Fire and Air. One (sometimes two) element is more pronounced and its specific energy, or qualities, tell us where and how we will find fulfillment, satisfaction and peace in our lives.

WHAT POTENTIAL WERE YOU BORN WITH?

We have one dominant basic potential that we were born with. And during our lives we strive to activate that potential. But life doesn't always allow us to activate and fulfill our potential in a harmonious way, so we experience suffering, pain or disease (more about this later).

You might have an earth potential, a water potential, a fire potential or an air potential. Sometimes you can have 2 basic potentials, and that could be an issue or conflict in your life.

If you're "Earth", you'll probably an organized person, you thrive on routine, have a warm, tidy home (and usually have lots of food in the fridge, just in case the kids bring home friends).

If you're "Water" you love change, you're intuitive and connect emotionally to people.

"Fire" people are leaders, creative and easily noticed.

"Air" people are quiet thinkers, intellectuals, they can get totally into following their train of thought that they forget to eat.

Next time I'll be talking about the Earth element as your basic potential. Could it be you?

If you think you're Earth, you probably won't miss this one anyway.

Shine On!
