The Glue of Life

When we go deep into our bodies we find cells.

When we go deep into cells we find atoms.

When we go deep inside atoms we find energy.

Energy is what we are made of. Energy is inside our cells, the very tiny building blocks that make us; and energy surrounds each cell, holding us together like invisible glue, and extending outwards till about 1 meter in diameter around our bodies (our aura).

This is vital, or life-giving energy.

And everything (everything!) that occurs in this world is made up of that same energy, be it a rock, a leaf, a lobster or your laptop. The only difference between these objects is the vibrational speed that the energy moves at. Heavy, dense matter (rocks) has a slow vibration; light, no density matter (thoughts), has a high vibration.

In Feet Reading we look at the four natural elements that occur in our world (earth, water, fire and air), and how their energy frequency and qualities express themselves in our bodies and in our feet.

Earth in the body is represented by the skeleton (heavy and dense), fire by the muscles (heat, energy, movement), water by the body fluids (blood, sweat and tears), air by the nervous system (quick, electric impulses, almost no matter).

Your feet (being a microcosmos of your body) show a very accurate description of the expression and relationships of the four elements in your life.

SO WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ABOUT YOU?

We all have a certain energy frequency and quality that represents one (or more) of the four elements. That energy and those qualities tell us which Life Path is the one that is most natural, easy and authentic for us. I'll go into more depth in the next post about your energy frequency and then we'll start exploring which you might be.
